Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our team in a leadership role. The GM will oversee budgets, guest satisfaction, staff development, and daily hotel operations across multiple departments to ensure top-tier service and profitability.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate financial acumen, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure.
• Maintain financial and statistical records.
• Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
• Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns.
• Address problems and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
• Oversee hotel assets including maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and service standards.
• Lightly participate in licensing, health & safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
