Job summary

Shamin Hotels seeks a Hotel General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. You will lead department heads, manage budgeting and financial performance, and coordinate with sales and marketing to grow occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive hospitality experience, and a focus on service excellence, safety, and compliance in a multi-department environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Extensive hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the hotel staff and department heads.
• Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Monitor RevPAR and guest satisfaction; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and manage annual budget; track performance against budget.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and quality standards.
