Job summary

Remington-Hospitality- is seeking a General Manager for Santa Fe Hilton-STA to oversee hotel operations, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. Lead the Executive Committee and ensure strong revenue growth, guest satisfaction and compliance across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in hotel management or related field, 3+ years in Rooms or F&B, and a proven leadership and communications track record. Hybrid/remote not indicated; on-site position in Santa Fe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead team at leadership and hourly level.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at federal, state and local levels.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Some travel may be required.
• Regular attendance according to established guidelines.
• Proven record of commitment and professionalism in a 24/7 operation.
• Professional image as perceived by staff and guests.
• Basic computational ability.
• Focus and attention to tasks, completing work on time.
• Maintain excellent relationships with staff and guest confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance across departments and grow the business.
• Maintain product quality for bookings, banquet and F&B.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance.
