Job summary

Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza is seeking a General Manager to run the full operation of the hotel and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. Lead guest service excellence and the Executive Committee to meet annual revenue and profitability goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field, 3+ years in Rooms/F&B, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams and present to leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and all outlets including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
• Develop and ensure revenue and profit growth using forecasting and P&L management.
• Maintain compliance across departments to grow the business year over year.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
