The GM will drive financial performance, mentor teams, and engage with the Bloomington community, aligning with Marcus standards and Hilton brand expectations.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader with exceptional communication and team engagement skills to join Marcus Hotels and Resorts as the General Manager of the Hilton Bloomington. This individual will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and memorable guest experiences while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of financial goals, guest satisfaction scores, associate engagement results, and the hotel's continued reputation as a pillar in the Bloomington community. About The Hilton Bloomington

The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a full-service, high-volume hotel serving both corporate and leisure demand in a prime location within the Minneapolis metro. With 256 guestrooms, multiple venue offerings including the signature Bloomington ChopHouse, Olive Lounge, on-site Starbucks Grab & Go and proximity to the Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis, the hotel operates as a well-rounded asset with diverse revenue streams. Our focus is on delivering consistent service excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting a strong team culture that sustains long-term performance and brand standards.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as an active community partner, enhancing the hotel’s presence and impact within the local area.
• Ensure financial performance by delivering accurate forecasts and making timely staffing and operational adjustments.
• Lead revenue-generating initiatives and adapt quickly to market trends by guiding Commercial Team efforts.
• Engage directly in sales efforts through property tours, presentations, and client meetings to support business growth.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and retention of top talent across all departments.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, cultivating a respectful and productive work environment.

• Experience as a Hotel General Manager or other key leadership roles within a full-service branded or non-branded environment is required (Hilton brand and systems experience would be helpful)
• A Bachelor's degree is not required but greatly preferred

Salary Estimate: $150,000-$160,000/year
