This career-defining position will focus on adhering to established procedures, compliance with all Brand Standards of Operations, and emphasizing Guest Satisfaction programs. The individual will support the Night Audit function, assist with forecasting, control, and order supplies for the Market Place, and reconcile financial transactions.

You will be at the center of the hotel's operations—the front office. This role offers leadership opportunities such as managing the front desk team, ensuring collaboration, and overseeing staffing, scheduling, and expense management.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
  • Training and guiding front desk staff on hotel procedures and standards
  • Performing front desk tasks as needed
  • Monitoring performance and attendance with the Guest Services Manager
  • Balancing daily paperwork: cash drawers, deposits, credit card reconciliation

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of hotel Front Office experience, strong supervisory skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. A High School diploma (or equivalent) and relevant experience are required. You should be a team player, quick to assess situations, and passionate about customer service.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:
