Who You Are:

Your primary function will be to ensure that daily and nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our clients. As we grow and bring on new communities, the Area Supervisor will also assist with the field team to ensure successful rollout and service launch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on all scheduled services in your assigned area.
• Conduct on-site quality reviews to ensure service aligns with Trash Butler standards and safety policies.
• Monitor staff check-in/out and overall completion times using our proprietary technology.
• Recruit, train, onboard new staff, and provide ongoing education as needed.
• Assist with training new management team members.
• Support payroll processes by maintaining accurate data in our technology.
• Attend weekly meetings with management and HR.
• Partner with the manager on the rollout/launch of services at new properties.
• Participate in resident events at communities.
• Provide on-call support to the workforce.
• Manage workforce inventory and supplies, including uniforms and tote bags.
• Communicate effectively with managers and other teams to serve customers and support operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 employees working 5-7 days a week, approximately 2-3 hours daily.
• Basic employee relations experience related to hiring and management.
• Experience in multi-site operations and customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• AA degree or relevant workforce experience.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and focus on quality improvement.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with co-workers, employees, and customers.
• Self-motivated and resourceful; able to work independently and manage oneself with minimal supervision.
