Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Representative for Gold Dust West Elko. This full-time role handles reservations, guest check-ins, payments, and inquiries in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous guest service and manage front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations by phone and in person.
• Process payments and apply charges to guest folios.
• Verify I.D. and payment methods for accuracy.
• Print cashier folio and submit receipts for night audit.
• Handle cash following departmental procedures.
• Check guests in and out for hotel and RV park.
• Issue player club cards at check-in and provide information.
