Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Check guests in and out, provide information about property events and guest requests.
Process guest payments and accounts at checkout with accuracy.
Answer internal and external calls and provide information.
Operate AS/400 hotel computer system and payment equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
