Job summary

Hom2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Belmont, a Strand Hospitality managed hotel, is seeking a Guest Service Representative. The role offers base pay of $14.00 per hour, full-time, non-exempt status, and benefits including health plans and 401(k) with company match.

The position focuses on delivering outstanding guest service at the front desk, handling reservations, inquiries, and room changes while maintaining hotel standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hotel Guest Services experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to reason and make appropriate decisions in response to guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls professionally, following hotel/brand expectations regarding phone etiquette.
• Provides excellent customer service, responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Makes reservations or modifies reservations as needed.
• Coordinates check-in/check-out procedures with guests to provide a positive experience.
• Coordinates room status updates with housekeeping and maintenance.
