Qualifications

• Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests.
• Take, modify, and update room reservations.
• Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments.
• Protect and securely handle all guest information.
• Assist and respond to all guest inquiries in person, phone, or email as appropriate.
• Find the win-win in resolving guest concerns or complaints.
• Deliver the brand and company promises.
