Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a House Person for the SpringHill Suites in Madison to maintain clean public areas and support housekeeping operations. This part-time role involves delivering supplies, responding to guest requests, and assisting with restocking and maintenance tasks.

The position starts at $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance. Training is provided, and benefits reflect the part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and carrying supplies.
• Friendly, professional demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in housekeeping/janitorial is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms).
• Deliver linen and supplies to housekeeping and other departments.
• Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or services promptly.
• Support housekeeping with heavy cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Front Desk for smooth operations.
