Peppertree Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Hotel Front Desk Team Member in Spokane to help guests from check-in to check-out. You’ll answer questions, handle reservations, and keep the lobby welcoming.

Day-to-day duties include payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and supporting other hotel tasks as needed. Training is provided; prior hotel experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and detail-focused; training provided.
• Hotel front desk experience helpful but not required.
• Shifts include mornings, afternoons and overnights; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Process payments and follow cash procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance; assist with laundry as needed.
