• Must be able to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts, additional plus if available for 11pm-7am.
• Weekend Availability Required.

Aufgaben

• Be Flexible Within Your Work Schedule - Team Player
• Follow All Hotel Policies in Regards to Procedure, Safety, Etc
• Handle Money Transactions in the Form Of Cash, Credit Card, Check and Gift Card
• Handle Reservations - Check in/out, New Reservations, Modify Existing
• Answer Guest Inquiries via Phone, Email and Chat
• Communicate Room Status and Guest's Requests to Appropriate Departments
• Be Knowledgeable About the Brand You Represent
• Enroll Guests in Brand Loyalty Program
• Maintain a High Level of Cleanliness Within Work Area
• Enter and Maintain Guest Lost and Found Items Per Hotel Policy
• Greet Guests and Conduct Yourself in a Professional Manner at All Times
