Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Agent to help us provide pleasant and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Manage online and phone reservations
  3. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  4. Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready to accommodate guest needs
  5. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Education and Experience

Minimum of 1 year in Hotel Front Desk or other Service Experience

Minimum of High School education, Post-High School education preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits: Employee discount

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
