Guest Service Manager or Assistant General Manager
Responsible for performing a variety of guest service activities while providing the highest level of service possible.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
One to three months related experience/training; High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic knowledge of internet, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Ability to interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.
Valid New York State Driver's License with no major violations (for select properties).
Basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, and percentages.
Moderate noise, exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and dust, with public interaction.
$16-$18/hour
