Residence Inn Brockton/Easton in Brockton, MA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, check in/out, and assist with reservations using our property management system. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

The position requires weekend availability and an afternoon-evening schedule (3PM-11PM). Strong computer skills with Word and Excel are preferred, and a high school diploma is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the Property Management System, collecting and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from callers and input into the hotel management system; update and cancel as requested.
• Typically 2nd shift 3PM-11PM with open availability for weekdays and weekends.

Location: Residence Inn by Marriott-Boston Brockton/Easton- 124 Liberty Street, Brockton, MA 02301

We are currently looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our Team! We welcome all to our newly renovated 88 all-suite hotel with full kitchens. At our Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton, our guests are greeted with genuine hospitality by a team of associates that is committed to provide a clean and safe environment! The Residence Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The schedule for this position varies. Must be available to work weekends. PM Shift (3PM-11PM).

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Shifts - 2nd shift 3PM-11PM, open availability for weekdays and weekends
