Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside, FL is seeking a dedicated F&B Food Runner to support the restaurant team during service, stock stations, and assist with table service.

You will transport food, clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure timely delivery of items while upholding hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team to consistently deliver a quality product.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and team members in the English language.
• Tolerance of all cultures.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle objects, reach with arms and hands, stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤10 pounds without assistance.

Responsabilités

• Set and clear tables.
• Stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service.
• Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Reset all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishing area and organize items.
• Clean tables between seatings; ensure proper tabletop arrangement.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers.
• Assist with food delivery during peak periods.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance.
