Job summary

The Beach House is seeking a service-oriented team member to deliver food to guests’ tables promptly, describe dishes, and ensure presentation standards are met. A warm greeting and attentive guest service are essential as is maintaining clean service areas throughout shifts.

Candidates should be able to work under pressure, stay neat and well groomed, and collaborate effectively with coworkers. Physical readiness to lift and move items is required as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food items to guests’ tables as ordered and within time limits; describe items when presenting them.
• Greet guests in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
• Ensure each plate is clean, garnished, and accounted for before leaving the kitchen window.
• Check condiments and utensils; assist guests with requests or issues and resolve problems.
• Assist service team by clearing dishes and taking items to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Keep service areas clean and stocked with supplies during service.
• Monitor food line and runner stations and communicate availability to management.
