Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory role in full-service restaurants.
Must be courteous and respectful to guests and co-workers.
Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling; weekend and holiday work required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
Assist the manager to order all liquor for the hotel to maintain inventories and comply with NC ABC laws; manage liquor costs and inventory controls.
Provide associates with tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
Take immediate action on problems in kitchen or restaurant.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and monthly inventory.
Ensure all food served is high quality and served efficiently across outlets.
