Responsibilities

• Monitor front-of-house and catering performance via feedback and financials.
• Initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with F&B Director to maintain sales and marketing programs.
• Develop and maintain HR functions to train and develop staff.
• Schedule staff ensuring adequate staffing and labor standards.
• Maintain preventive maintenance for dining and banquet assets.
• Ensure effective two-way communication across associates and heads.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures in operations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Ensure service quality via evaluations and addressing complaints.
• Supervise restaurant and catering staff for professionalism and guest service.
• Stay current with menus and drink lists.
• Assign work stations.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests quickly.
• Complete required forms and reports promptly.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of dining and banquet areas.
• Maintain dining room/bankquet cleanliness through schedules.
• Assist F&B Director with inventory and ordering.
• Assist in implementing changes.
