Job summary

The Source Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Denver, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations, guest service, and profitability. You’ll drive menus, staffing, and events while collaborating across culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Lead a cohesive F&B team, manage budgets, and develop revenue-generating initiatives in a dynamic marketplace within The Source’s vibrant RiNo district.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Food & Beverage operations in hospitality.
• Strong front of house leadership and guest service experience.
• Ability to lead through an Executive Chef and align culinary with service standards.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all F&B operations and guest-facing service.
• Lead and developExecutive Chef, F&B Manager, Banquet Captain; ensure alignment with FOH/BOH teams.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and standards across outlets and events.
• Partner with Sales to grow group, corporate, and event revenue.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, service standards, and financial controls.
