Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of experience in hotel accounting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property standards, reporting, controls, and review evidence
• Manage accounting staff performance
• Train accounting staff as needed
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations
• Prepare hotel payroll bi-weekly for DOF review
• Assist DOF in reconciling bank accounts and balance sheets
• Complete month-end tasks as directed
