Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee the property's financial health, ensure accurate reporting, and guide strategic financial planning.

This leadership role manages accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while leading the accounting team and collaborating with the General Manager.

In person at our Anchorage, AK location, you will work with department heads to optimize budgets and support operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience directing finance operations for a hotel or similar property.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and mentor staff.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including AP/AR, income audits, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and executive team to implement financial strategies.
• Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
