You will supervise a diverse team, deliver monthly financial statements, manage accounts receivable, tax, and payroll, and collaborate with leadership to optimize spending and capital planning across the property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support financial strategy execution: Direct financial operations to align with hotel goals and improve profitability.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting: Develop annual plans, projections, and budgets with spending controls.
• Provide financial insights: Review performance, reconcile accounts, and prepare recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee financial operations: Manage Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit with internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting: Lead monthly statements and audit support for transparency.
• Monitor and approve financial transactions: Review ledgers, tax filings, and payroll for accuracy.
• Inspire and develop the team: Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team.
