Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance and the hospitality industry.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor internal controls and the hotel capital plan.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee tax filings and government reporting to ensure compliance.
• Act as financial consultant to management on policy and decision impacts.
• Lead the installation and maintenance of accounting systems.
• Provide timely reports toExecutive Committee and Regional VP.
