Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Area Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations across our hotel portfolio. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance while partnering with department leaders to drive profitability and strong financial performance.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Special certifications may be considered in addition to the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations of our hotels and ensure long-term profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Partner with hotel leadership to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Report to General Managers or Regional Director of Finance and develop a high-performing finance team.
