Job summary

Greenwood Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Finance to lead hotel finance operations, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will oversee internal controls, capital planning and tax compliance, coordinating with regional and corporate teams to protect assets and maximize profits.

The role requires advanced accounting knowledge, CPA or equivalent, and 5–10 years in hospitality finance. Expect travel to company hotels and corporate offices as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA preferred or equivalent certification or experience.
• 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, reporting and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish, coordinate and administer all financial controls and the capital plan.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
• Lead tax filings and government reporting with accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance to management and owners.
• Monitor compliance with policies, laws and contracts.
• Oversee accounting systems and ensure fiduciary duties are met.
• Travel as needed to company hotels and corporate offices.
