Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting and/or finance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief Business Officer to GM and EC Team, evaluating financial impact of decisions.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and ensure accurate recording per guidelines; analyze variances.
• Manage cash flow, prepare cash-flow statements, receivables, deposits and controls.
• Coordinate forecasts and budgets with EC Team and department managers.
• Ensure regulatory licenses, leases, contracts, and taxes compliance across hotels.
• Prepare all financial reports and maintain timely balance sheet reconciliations.
