Job summary

Thesaguaro seeks a Chief Financial Officer to guide the finance function across a hotel portfolio and management company. You will define the financial strategy, manage enterprise value, and structure capital for growth with ownership and third-party partners.

You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to align finance with business objectives, negotiate complex transactions, and maintain disciplined budgeting, reporting, and compliance across all properties.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking in a multi-property hospitality finance environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across all levels, including ownership groups and lenders.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/reporting system experience.
• Expertise in GAAP/USALI and SEC reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Set long-range financial strategy and capital allocation for the hotel group and management company.
• Lead negotiations for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements; oversee due diligence and integration planning.
• Direct the finance organization to deliver disciplined budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Present performance and plans to ownership, lenders, and equity partners; manage risk and compliance.
