Q Center is seeking a Director of Finance to lead all financial operations for a full-service hotel, conference center, and events. You will partner with the General Manager and hotel leadership to drive profitability, forecast accurately, and optimize revenue across rooms, F&B, and events.

You’ll serve on the executive team, guiding budgeting, audits, payroll, and internal controls while shaping long-term capital plans and financial strategy for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive financial leadership within hospitality.
• Prior Director-level experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, internal controls, and capital planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership and hotel management.
• Oversee monthly/annual closings, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive profitability through cost controls, revenue optimization, and capital project input.
