Job summary

The LINE Hotel Group seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead finance for a multi-property portfolio in Los Angeles. You will shape financial strategy, capital structure, and investor relations across ownership, development, and management ventures.

This role partners with the CEO and owners to drive acquisitions, financings, and long-range planning while ensuring disciplined reporting, GAAP/USALI compliance, and strong financial stewardship for growth.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years progressive finance leadership experience in hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to ownership groups and institutional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set the financial strategy and long-range plan for the hotel group in partnership with the CEO/Managing Director and ownership.
• Lead and negotiate acquisitions, dispositions, hotel management contracts, joint ventures, and financing arrangements; underwrite ROI against targets.
• Structure debt and equity financings; manage relationships with lenders, REITs, private equity, and institutional investors.
• Oversee GAAP/USALI compliance and annual external audits for all hotel entities; supervise treasury and tax strategy.
