Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failure.
• Respond to guest work orders and staff requests with timely, professional communication.
• Manage inventory and requisition parts and tools as needed.
• Monitor fire alarms and life safety systems to ensure compliance.
• Document activities and report issues following standard procedures.
