The role requires English communication, physical stamina, and teamwork. You may work on electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, and exterior upkeep, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Aufgaben

• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and complete work orders.
• Perform scheduled room care and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Check electrical systems, air conditioning controls, lighting and small appliances; assist with replacements.
• Maintain exterior grounds, curb appeal and housekeeping-related upkeep.
• Service the pool, adjust chemicals and clean filters.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
