Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems and envelope to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry components.
• Inspect and repair building equipment such as boilers, pool equipment, and lighting.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with courteous, professional communication.
• Adhere to safety, SOPs, and company policies; assist with energy-saving initiatives.
