Savara Hospitality Inc in North Carolina seeks a dependable maintenance professional to help keep our hotel facilities safe, comfortable, and fully functional. You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to guest-service requests with a focus on quality.

This role involves hands-on work across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and timely problem solving to support smooth hotel operations.

Competenze

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills in a guest-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and standards.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify repairs or safety concerns.
• Assist with room setup, furnishings, fixtures, and minor renovations.
• Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and secure.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
