Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge: ability to interpret information and perform basic arithmetic.
• Formal Education: no specific degree required beyond one year of related experience.
• License/Training: Hazcom, Lock-Out/Tag-Out; valid driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Perform property walk-arounds and address issues promptly.
• Order parts and manage maintenance supplies within budget.
• Use Quore to document maintenance issues and close work orders.
• Oversee pool/spa water checks and safety procedures.
• Maintain security of property and proper operation of equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and coordinate with departments.
