Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year job-related experience required.
• Hazcom Training and Lock-Out/Tag-Out may be completed on hire.
• Excellent driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform property walk-arounds and report issues.
• Manage parts suppliers and orders within budget.
• Record maintenance issues in Quore and complete work orders.
• Maintain pool/spa water checks and cleanliness.
• Secure property and ensure equipment works (cameras, locks).
• Assist with lawn mowing, snow removal, and grounds upkeep.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly per standards.
• Support preventative maintenance program.
