This on-site role directs building systems, grounds, and common areas and partners with leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and asset protection.

• Strong FM and facilities operations skills for hotel environments.
• Supervisory skills to lead maintenance teams.
• Budgeting skills to manage operating and capital budgets.
• Preventive maintenance expertise to schedule and reduce downtime.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and applicable codes.
• Organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Facilities oversees operation, maintenance, and safety of all hotel facilities, including building systems, grounds, and common areas.
• Manages preventive and corrective maintenance and coordinates with vendors and contractors.
• Monitors facility budgets and ensures compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
• Leads and mentors facilities and maintenance teams; sets performance standards and policies.
• Collaborates with property leadership to support guest satisfaction, capital projects, and long-term asset preservation.
