B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced PM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport. You will supervise all dining outlets, events, and service standards, while guiding the F&B team to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Serve Safe or approved equivalent certification, or the ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years in progressive lead cook or kitchen supervisory role in a hotel/restaurant of similar size and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring smooth workflow and standards.
• Drive revenue growth through menu development, upselling, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses, to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with the F&B and General Manager on budgets and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing professionalism and engagement.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
