You will lead the F&B team, oversee dining outlets, events, and service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to brand quality, health regulations, and driving guest satisfaction while managing departmental performance

We are looking for an experienced PMFood & Beverage Supervisor to support our Embassy Suites By Hilton Dulles Airport F&B team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish!

This position is responsible for taking a lead role in to supervise our F&B operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing all dining outlets, events, and service standards, while managing the F&B team to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals. Preparing and cooking food items in accordance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group and brand high-quality standards. Provides work direction to other F&B and culinary team members and enforces compliance with health regulations. Helps ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive associate relations.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
