Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager at Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport to lead our food & beverage outlets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will direct team members across The Andiamo Restaurant, Cafe Mercato, and the sports bar, ensuring service standards, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, with preference for high-volume and union environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
• High-volume operation experience preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members and services of hotel F&B outlets to deliver guest experiences.
• Monitor and develop team performance through training, supervision, coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain product quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction; address issues promptly.
