Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server for Hilton O'Hare Airport in Chicago. You will deliver and serve food and beverages, assist with setup and cleanup, and help ensure guest satisfaction during events.

Previous food service experience and a High School diploma or equivalent are preferred. Certification in Food Service Sanitation and an Alcohol Server Permit may be required by law. You will work in a fast-paced event environment, maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience is required.
• Food Service Sanitation certification and Alcohol Server Permit (if required) may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Carry trays up to 50 lbs and serve food, beverages and condiments to banquet clientele.
• Clear and remove dishes from tables at the end of service.
• Assist with buffet setup and service; move large tables as needed for events.
