Tru by Hilton Clemson SC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (Salaried) to supervise the housekeeping team, manage labor and costs, and uphold Hilton brand cleanliness standards across the property. The role emphasizes maintaining the Pledge, Values and culture of the hotel.

The position requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, with duties spanning training, scheduling, safety, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Team through daily shift meetings and monthly department meetings.
• Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation, brand standards, and health/safety compliance.
• Maintain supplies and process invoices, including coding and filing.
• Ensure all equipment is operable and maintained, including vacuums and laundry equipment.
• Maintain key control and ensure security for guests and associates.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address timely repairs and keep the property in like-new condition.
