Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in housekeeping supervision or hospitality management.
• Education: High school diploma required; hospitality management degree often preferred.
• Technical: Computer literacy, basic math, familiarity with PMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure cost-effective use and replenishment.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address facility issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality management.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality management is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Computer literacy, basic math, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
