Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily hotel housekeeping operations at one of our premium properties in Clemson, SC. The role serves as an entry into hotel leadership, guiding room attendants and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand expectations. Weekend/holiday work is expected as part of a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Desire to step into leadership and develop career in hotel housekeeping management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily hotel housekeeping operations - assisting with associate scheduling, hands-on training, and team support across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Ensure all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned, maintained, and presented to premium hotel cleanliness and brand compliance standards on every shift
• Conduct regular room and property inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with White Lodging standards and hotel brand protocols - identifying and resolving issues before they impact the guest experience
• Assist in managing housekeeping inventory - helping monitor par levels and maintain adequate supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment for uninterrupted daily operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services - resolving concerns with urgency and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
• Foster a positive, team-oriented hotel housekeeping work environment by supporting and mentoring room attendants and modeling hospitality excellence on every shift
