Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all housekeeping associates, including room attendants, house aides, floor supervisors and laundry staff.
• Coach and counsel team members and apply disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Coordinate daily activities and plan staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure QA standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and in-house laundry.
• Interview, hire and train new housekeeping staff.
