Qualifications

• Adhere to brand and property standards.
• Schedule staff according to occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff with GM coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies.
• Personally check properties after cleaning.
• Inspect rooms/public areas for cleanliness and standard adherence.
• Report discrepancies and incidents; ensure key cards are returned.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Communicate effectively in writing, by phone and in person.
• Be organized, honest, and outgoing.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, push, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Good eyesight and hearing; speak English clearly.
