Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon in Lebanon, IN is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, including laundry, ensuring top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will manage budgeting, staffing, and safety protocols while coordinating with maintenance and front-office teams.

The role requires supervisory experience in a hotel, excellent communication, and the ability to plan and supervise a large team.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, direct and administer Housekeeping and Laundry teams and coordinate with maintenance.
• Recruit, interview and train team members.
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies and safety labeling.
• Create and post weekly schedules for Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Oversee Laundry operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain inventory and logs for Lost and Found items.
