Aloft Knoxville West is seeking an Executive Hotel Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and maintain the hotel’s cleanliness standards in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

You will manage staff, budget, inventories, and coordinate with maintenance and front desk while ensuring safety and exceptional guest service. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Hotel Housekeeper include:

• Leadership and Supervision: Manage and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating their performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Budget Management: Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs, inventory of cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and usage of housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
• Policy and Procedure Implementation: Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the department complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Inspection and Audits: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues identified.
• Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment, providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the housekeeping team.
